You won’t be able to register another Smart-ID account with the SEB bank code card If you have already used the code card to register an account for yourself before 12th of July 2017.

You can still register another Smart-ID account – however, you need to use the password generator (also known as “digipass”), ID-card or mobile signature for identification. If you do not have any of these tools, please visit your local SEB branch to get a password generator or your mobile operator to get a Mobile-ID. You can also identify yourself in your local bank office: be sure to bring your national identification document with you.

SEB Lithuania customers, who registered their first Smart-ID account with a code card after 12th of July 2017 can use their code card multiple times. If you have additional questions, please contact SEB’s Lithuanian customer support directly by phone at +370 5268 2800.
