Error messages

Does your Smart-ID app display “Technical error” and “INVALID TRANSACTION STATE” in the end of the error code, right below the error message? Do not worry. The most common cause of this is a temporary network issue and the problem should resolve itself once the connection is restored.

First check that you have a good, strong internet connection (either wireless or mobile internet) and try again.

If the problem persists, despite having an internet connection, restart your Smart-ID app, wait for a few minutes and give it another go. If you will still get the same error message, contact our customer support for further assistance.
