Please be especially careful when confirming transactions – do not confirm a transaction you did not initiate!
Your Smart-ID account’s expiration date is always visible in the Smart-ID app, and your account can only be renewed in the app.
Do not click suspicious links or provide personal information. Always check the sender’s email address carefully.
SK ID Solutions never uses automated calls (robocalls) to contact customers.
If you receive one, do not provide any information and end the call immediately.
We do not use WhatsApp for communication. Always be cautious if someone contacts you on our behalf and attempts to move the conversation to WhatsApp or other anonymous communication channels.
