If you registered Smart-ID account in Latvia or Lithuania using bank link identification as a registration method, your account level is Smart-ID Basic which means that you can only use it for online banking.

To use Smart-ID in other e-services, you must delete your account and register a new one, using either Mobile-ID or ID-card as a registration method or by identifying yourself in your local bank office (you need to bring your national ID document with you).

By doing so, you will be able to access all other e-services that support Smart-ID.
