If you receive this error message, try registering again: it may have been a simple connection error. If the error persists, it might mean that the information about your parent/legal guardian is missing or incorrect. Starting from the autumn 2017, you can register a Smart-ID account for a minor in a bank office, too. Please note that both the parent and the minor need to bring an identification document.
