If you are registering Smart-ID account with Belgium ID-card, please make sure that the following requirements are met:
- make sure you have installed Belgium ID-card middleware. You can download required software from here.
- to complete the registration, a browser-based signing plugins package must be installed which can be downloaded from here.
- browser-based signing plugins must be enabled, instructions for that are here.
