Congratulations and welcome to Smart-ID!

You can now start to use e-services and sign documents electronically! Enter your username on the platform of the e-service provider and choose an option to authenticate with Smart-ID. Here is the list of services you can use with Smart-ID.

If you want to manage your Smart-ID accounts, get information about your recent activities as well as delete your account(s), you can do it on the portal.smart-id.com. Please delete your account also if you have lost your device with Smart-ID installed on it or someone has found out your PIN codes. Don’t worry, you will be able to create a new account. The easiest way to do it is by biometrical identification.

Here are some tips to keep in mind for your security:

  • Do not share your PIN codes with anyone!
  • Do not enter your PIN codes if you have not initiated the transaction! Be extremely cautious if somebody asks you to approve a transaction by entering PIN codes on your Smart-ID!
  • Before entering your PIN code, always make sure that the verification code sent to your device matches the one displayed by the e-service provider.
  • Remember that by entering your PIN codes you agree with the terms of the e-service, confirm your actions, and are responsible for its consequences.
  • Protect your mobile device, i.e use screen lock and keep your app up to date by allowing automatic updates or checking back frequently to your app store.
  • Do not allow anyone else to use your mobile device.
